- IRREGULAR LESION WITH UNDERMINED PORDER AND GREY SLOUGH
- PAINFUL ULCERATION

A
Biopsy - will show non caseating granuloma or caseating necrosis, Alcohol fast bacilli

Tx of Tuberculosis:
A
- Chest x-ray
- Isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide
- BCG vaccine for prevention
