A: retract and elevate the scapula inferior to scapular spine, rotate glenoid cavity inferiorly

Rhomboid minor
A: retract and elevate scapula, rotate glenoid cavity inferiorly

A: elevate scapula, rotate glenoid cavity inferiorly, extend and laterally flex the neck (when scapula is fixed)
