If spread can cause a-lot of money on the government it also means that their is a higher proportion needing medical attention, straining the health services

Oxygen shortage, and can mean the mother is carrying higher amounts of carbon monoxide, this affects the baby as it will have growth problems and even stillbirths

Can get anethestised by some of the chemicals in smoking. Creates mucus
