Q

What do you do in the microscope practical?

A
  1. Get a thin sample of whatever your testing (so light pases through)
  2. Place on the slide
  3. stain the cells (allows to see the organells)
  4. slowly lower the coverslip ( avoids bubbles)
  5. place the slide on the stage on the lowest magnification
  6. Ajust the course and fine focuc
  7. Increase the magnification
