- For hazardous emergency conditions requiring immediate action police will notify police radio immediately
- For non emengency situations, police will notify the ORS, who will contact the appropriate agency.
- The ORS will notify the Municipal Radio Message Center of conditions.
- Non emergency emission or escape into the open air of any dust, fumes, gas, mist, odor, smoke, or vapor the ORS will contact the HEALTH DEPT, air Managment services.
- For building presenting fire or safety hazards the ORS will notify the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L and I), municipal services building.
- Street light outages, damaged street lights, and malfunctioning street lights,, the ORS will notify the Asplundh Street Lighting Division.
- Damaged or out Alley lights the ORS will notify Municipal Radio
- Traffic lights, signs , and warning devices, the ORS will notify TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND SIGN SHOP
- Missing, damaged , or obscured street sighs, bent pole, broken police, damaged no stoping bus only signs , dangerous highway or sidewalk conditions, trees, potholes, the ORS will notify STREETS DET
- Damaged parking meters, no parking signs, parking restrictions, the ORS will notify the PHILA PARKING AUTHORITY
- For any tres being pruned, sprayed, planted, cut down or removed the ORS will notify the FAIRMOUNT PARK COMMISSION.
- All incidents occurring on the railroad, including Septa, Amtrak, and Conrail. the ORS will notify THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSE AND INSPECTIONS, SERVICES AND OPERATIONS SECTION.
- The violation of a cease to work order is a summary.
- No firearm shall be displayed in a window during non business hours.
- All pistols , revolvers will be placed in an approved safe, vault, or storeroom.
- During business hours, no ammunition will be displayed on any open counter or readily accessible to the public
- During non business hours ammunition shall not be displayed in Windows.
