Stake Awning
• Manually slides into awning rail
• Poles are adjustable for height
• Ropes are attached to stakes in the ground
• Ideal for curved rooflines
Bag Awning
• Zippered bag stays slid into awning rail
• Fabric and hardware stores in zippered bag for travel
• May have ropes and pegs or integral hardware
Stake/Bag awnings installation
• Measure length of awning rail and reduce by a couple of inches
• Be mindful of marker lights
• Observe clearance above entrance door
• Awning slides in along the awning rail
• Use stop screws in bag awning
Box or Case Awning
• Awning encased in aluminum box
• Can be manual ( crank ) or powered
• Mounted to awning rail or installed with custom brackets
• Can be wall mounted or roof mounted style
