Integrated Avionics Computer Fail
Dual: Loss of HUD, MFD, and UFCP in both cockpits
IAC 1: Loss of or erratic displays of HUD, MFD, and UFCP in front cockpit
IAC 2: Loss of or erratic displays of HUD, MFD, and UFCP in rear cockpit
IAC XTALK Failure
Loss of Repeat Functionality
Barometer, speed/altitude/heading bugs, and g meters will be independently controlled in each cock pit
IRS Failure
Loss of Attitude or Heading Display on HUD and MFD
MFD Failure
Loss of MFD display in front or rear cockpit
NOTE: Losing one MFD will result in PFD and EICAS display only and loss of ability to manipulate the display to the FMS menu
UFCP Failure
Blank UFCP windows
Data entry knob or buttons not functioning
BFI Failure
Place A/C in straight and level unaccelerated flight
EDM Fail
EDM FAIL Warning or EDM A/B INOP Advisory
EDM FAIL warning remains it is no longer possible to monitor:
- engine
- fuel
- electrical
- hydraulic
- pressurization systems
ADC Fail
ADC FAIL warning or ADC A/B INOP advisory resulting in partial/total loss of ADC info
Items INOP:
- Primary airspeed
- altimeter
- VSI
- TAD
- aural gear warning
- transponder mode C
Loss of ICS
NATOPS Brief + Check circuit breakers
ADS-B Out Failure
Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast
Position reporting
Confirm with ATC that it is not being transmitted
XPDR Fail
Transponder not working
Confirm with ATC
Lose mode C, S, TCAS, and ADS-B
AOA Computer Failure
Loss of AOA indication in HUD and AOA indexer with landing gear down
