Hard firm skin, Fine crackles in lower lungs, Raynauds phenomenon, ANA +, Anti topoisomerase +, anti-DS DNA negative
Systemic Sclerosis

Pulmonary fibrosis is leading cause of death
Early: Peripheral edematous change moves proximal
Late: Epidermal atrophy and fibrosis of the dermis

Glistening waxy deposits on the heart with increase serum proteins, albumin and creatinine
