Name a few organ specific autoimmune disease? and what the antibodies target for each one?

A

Graves disease - specifically on TSH receptors in thryroid (stimulatory antibody causies overproduction causing bulging eyes (eye expresses loads of TSH receptors)
Type 1 diaetes - antibodies against insulin producing cells causing insulin producing cell destruction in pancrease so no insulin produced
