A

AT has reached limit of thrust they can command. Airplane cannot control speed with current AP settings.

What is the difference between VPATH and VGP?

A

VPATH is used en route and while outside FAF. VGP is used inside the FAF and only when APPR has been selected. VPATH will level at any ASEL. VGP will descend through ASEL on GP.
