What is the interaction problem with sertraline and naproxen?
SSRIs might increase the risk of GI bleeding, especially upper GI and the risk appears to be further increased by the concurrent use of NSAIDs. SNRIs might be similarily affected.

Buccal midazolam is preferred to rectal diazepam. If IV is already in place, use IV Lorazepam.
