  • Hemodynamically significant bradycardia

Contraindications

A

-Cardiac Arrest (Asystole, PEA)
-High degree AV Blocks
Relative: CAD/cardiac ischemia

0.5mg, may repeat every 3-5 mins to a max of 3mg
