A

HIC, cefalea, nausea y vomito, sx bulbares
aunque es benigno le gusta meterse al bulbo y al cerebelo causando sx propios de estos

Mejor pista: MASA DE MATERIA BLANCA FOCAL O DIFUSA SIN REALCE.
no realza porque los astrocitos forman la BHE, el contraste no lo pasa
