A

How to prevent relapse

A
  1. watch for red flags (many missed sessions)
  2. train yourself/others to recognize a relapse when you see a red flag
  3. Have a plan in place if you do relapse

A
  • doesn’t explain skipping stages
    -arbitrary lines between stages
    -not as good as predicting behaviour as other models
    -fails to fully explain mechanisms of change
