Section 3. Staffing of Holidays.
The ______ has sole discretion to staff the Department on scheduled City holidays in accordance
with Article 7, Section 1(A), of this Agreement. Such assignments are not subject to grievance or
arbitration procedures. Any decrease in staffing on these days will be done by _________
