C. FLSA 207k Partial Exemption. If an Officer requests a thirty (30) minute meal break and is denied such request because of press

The Chief shall have the right to adjust the working hours, and starting and ending time of any
shift, or the units of C.I.D. covered by the ten (10) hour work day provided that such change does
not cause an employee to work in excess of an average _______regularly scheduled hours in
