When the word starts with Al there wont be a dhamma tayn at the end.
Doctors (Plural)
أَطِباء- Male طَبيبات-Female
For plural objects you use the word هاذِهِ even if plural objects you still use this word the same way you would refer to a single female.
When referring to objects as they you use the word هِيَّ
