What are the goals of SHARP?
Minimize sexual assault, encourage victims to report, ensure treatment for victims

What is hazing and how is it different from bullying?
Unnecessary suffering or abusive behavior against a new member to induct them into membership. Bullying is exclusive and meant to push people away.
What are the ways to report sexual harassment?
Informal direct or indirect complaint, or a formal complaint through SHARP VA.
What are the ways to report sexual assault?
Restricted and Unrestricted. Difference: military protection order, transfer from unit, police investigation.
Who can take a restricted SHARP report?
Victim advocated, medical facility, and SARC.
Who is SHARP for?
Soldiers and 18+ dependents, reserve units on active duty, and DA civilians/contractors.
What two types of sexual harassment?
Hostile environment, quid pro quo.
