What is Vicarious Reinforcement?
learning through observation of the consequences of actions for other people.
Who discovered Vicarious Reinforcement and how did he do this?
Albert Bandura and he used a bobo doll experiment where he focused on 72 nursery school children and saw if they’d reproduce behaviour of a model even if it wasn’t the correct way to behave.
