Describe Tension headaches.
A
- Lasts minutes to days
- Pressure waxes and wanes and it is bilateral and starts at posterior head and radiates anteriorly

Migraine Headaches
A
- 4-72 hours
- Unilateral in adults, kids can have bilateral
- May have aura gradual onset with increassing pain, pulsatile and severe

Cluster Headaches
A
- 15 min to 3 hours
- Typically involves eye and or temple region always unilateral
- Quick onset, sharp stabbing pain high intensity, tearing of eye, ice pick headache

A
- Systemic symptoms illness or conditions
- Neur symptorms or abnormal signs
- Older onset Particularly 50 yrs older
- Onset sudden (thunderclap)
- Papilledema, Precipitated by valsalva, Positional provocation, Progression or change in HA history

A
- Transient symptoms of vertigo due to canalith movement in the semicicrular canals
- Better with no movement

A
- Sponataneous vertigo symptoms associated with unilateral hearing loss caused by increased endolymphatic pressure in inner ear

- Bony overgrowth of stapes resulting in spontaneous vertigo and conductive hearing loss
