what will a large aperture do?
a large aperture (a wide opening) will pass a lot of light resulting in a brighter photography.
what will a small aperture do?
a small aperture will make a photograph darker.
what aperture do you use in a dark environment?
select a large aperture to capture as much light as possible.
how does aperture affect the depth of field?
the critical effect of aperture is depth of field is the amount of your photograph that appears sharp from front to back.
when images have a “thin” or “shallow” depth of field what does the images look like?
where the background is completely out of focus
