Knowledge can contribute to solve problems in the transformational process.
What is money?
Money can be converted into materials, capital or labour resources.
What are processes?
Processes are the activities that help transform the inputs into the final output.
processes can impact:

- Speed of delivery
- Amount of wastage
- Safety
What are outputs?
Outputs are the finished good or service that is produced.
- Quality of end product will reflect inputs and processes
- Businesses can produce outputs involving goods and services.
