  1. Respect each other roles
    - Anaesthesia is multi disciplinary team, worked with shared goal of patient care
    Coming from allied health I understand the importance, able to delegate
  2. Approachable
    - Being able to receive feedback, important to improve performance
    During mx of unwell pt, nurse called and I was abrupt, found out from colleague that nurse found I was rude, took initiative to see TL to manage the situation
  3. Decision making
    - Quick decision making important in crises
    MET call need to make quick decisions, manage airway, actually code blue

    - Pt not ready for discharge, advocated for them to stay another day, although impact on workload
  2. Humanism
    - Being able to empathize and relate to patients
    - Anxious patient in theatre undergoing endometriosis, surgery, took time to discuss info

    - Self reflect, keep up to date knowledge, personal health and well being
    - During Odd hours being able to manage the work life balance
