Anxiolytics are a class of medications used to prevent or treat anxiety symptoms or disorders
symptoms
restlessness a sense of dread feeling constantly "on edge" difficulty concentrating irritability
dizziness tiredness a noticeably strong, fast or irregular heartbeat (palpitations) muscle aches and tension trembling or shaking dry mouth excessive sweating shortness of breath stomach ache feeling sick headache pins and needles

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) e.g. sertraline
Serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs)- dulextine
Pregabalin - anticonvulsant, which is used to treat conditions such as epilepsy, but it’s also been found to be beneficial in treating anxiety.
Benzodiazepines ( pam)
For diagnosis of GAD: at least 3 main symptoms (out of a possible 6)
Restlessness or nervousness, being easily fatigued, poor concentration, irritability, muscle tension, or sleep disturbance

1st line is CBT and coping mechanisms
1st line is SSRI or SNRI with nezo maybe fro the first 2 weeks for short term

if symptoms and tremor then use propranolol
