what is anxiety
a negative emotion caused because a situation is threatening
what is somatic anxiety
physiological response of performer eg sweating and butterflies

psychological responses and worries of performer in their ability to complete the task eg worry or nerves

a trait within the individual which causes them to be easily anxious it is stable and generally inherited
