After acute phase (prophylaxis) - mood stabiliser for maintenance

EXTRAPYRAMIDAL:
Parkinsonian (muscle rigidity, bradykinesia, tremors)
Akathisia (restlessness)
Dystonia

orthostatic hypotension
Hyperprolactinaemia

Sedation
