A
- IV: symptomatic bradycardia
- IM: reversal agent for cholinergic OD
- PO: to reduce saliva (pre-op, palliative)
- Ophthalmic drop: produce mydriasis & cycloplegia (pre-op)
- Side effects: tachycardia, palpitations, nasal congestion, photophobia, blurred vision, dry mouth & skin, constipation, urinary retention, impotence, memory impairment, coma
- Contraindications: glaucoma, BPH, MG
