strep mild skin infections rheumatic fever prophylaxis (G+ -sterp, staph, enterococcus G- cocci some anaerobic bact (gut/oral))
Pen G indicatons
syphilis strep rheumatic fever prophylaxis endocarditis 2nd line for lymes

with benzathine - IM only

rash allergic rxn c. diff candidiasis toxic levels --> sz

N/V GI upset diarrhea black hairy tongue c. diff anaphylaxis

rash/anaphylaxis GI probs (N/V/D) c. diff lupus/autoimmune hemolytic anemia sz (esp with renal insufficiency pts)

G+ bact enterococcus anaerobes -combos = better at G-, staph, nisseria meningitidis, -unasyn = good for pseudomonas, n. gonorrhea -augmentin XR = 1st line sinusitits -ampicillin = for shigella ENT infect lower respir tract infect UTI skin infect periodontal dz lyme (1st line)
