Q

What is cyclosporin and its action

A

Inhibits transcription of proinflammatory cytokines
It binds to cyclophillin in cytosol and calcium binds to calcineurin. Dephospohrylationof transcription factor= NFkappa beta

This controls transcription of cytokines
