A

uni: ipsilateral lateral flexion, contralateral rotation
bi: extension of neck at OA joint, flexion of cervical vertebrae, or extension of superior cervical vertebrae while flexing inferior vertebrae
*w/ cervical vertebrae fixed, may elevate manubrium and medial clavicle
