Booking visit (general info on diet and smoking, BP dipstick) Booking bloods/urine (FBC, blood group, rhesus status, hep B syphilis, HIV, urine CULTURE)

Early scan to confirm dates, exclude multiple pregnancy

What happens at 11-13+6 weeks
A
Down’s syndrome screening including nuchal scan

What happens at 18-20+6 weeks

Anomaly scan

What happens at 28 weeks
A
BP, urine dip, SFH, second screen for anaemia and atypical red cell alloantibodies.
First dose of anti-D given

What happens at 34 weeks
A
Routine care and second dose of anti-D given

What happens at 36 weeks
A
Routine care, check presentation and offer external cephalic version if indicated.
