- E: Expensive to run because tehy require highly trained specialists used to dealing behaviour
- E: Requires commitment from offender to engage in role plays; change takes time, prisons unable to afford lengthy treatment
- L: So anger management programmes uneconomical or impractical in most prisons

- E: Loza and Loza-Fanous: no anger differences between “violent” and “noon-violent” offender
