Long head of biceps brachii m. Origin
Supraglenoid tubercle above the glenoid cavity of the scapula . Makes sharp turn at humeral head and continues course in intertubercular suculus.

Unites with short head of biceps brachii at anterior side of humerus and attaches to radial tuberosity
Distal end inserts at deep fascia of forearm

Scapulothoracic joint: draws scapula anterolaterally, suspends scapula in thoracic wall, rotates scapula (draws inferiorly angle laterally )
