UMN and LMN disease

A
Muscle weakness and atrophy, evidence of anterior horn cell destructions, beings distally and asymmetrically
Camps and fasciculations precede weakness
Signs begin in hands
LMN-spasticity
Dysarthria and dysphagia
Sensory systems
