Explain the problem of traffic congestion
In Ambleside there is not sufficient parking. Tourists park on the roads and block the entrances to houses, pedestrians find it difficult to cross roads. Pollution is also an issue (both air and noise)

One way system introduced. Tourists encouraged to use public transport
