- Consists of several committees that oversee the operations of the Naval Academy Foundation (Strategic Planning Committee, Regional Development Committee, Nominating Committee, and Joint Investment Committee)

- 31 members, oversee the operations of the Alumni Association (for example: Responsible for DGA selection)
- Board of Trustees Appointed
- Consists of 4 Regional Trustees, Class Trustees (Board-Appointed based on Demographics of BOT) and 9 Trustees from the Largest Chapters, 3 Trustees from At-Large Chapters

Athletic and Scholarship Program Trustees
A
- 250 Members (Most Trustees are Academy grads, although they don’t need to be)
- They oversee A&SP, provide over $3.61 Million in direct support of The Fund for Athletic Excellence (via minimum gifts/dues of $2,500)
- Nominated by incumbent Trustees who serve as sponsors
- Provide leadership, need-based funding, guidance, and mentoring to all Foundation Preparatory School students (16 prep schools, supporting ~50 Students Annually)
- Since its inception (1944), A&SP has supported over 4,000 candidates en route to USNA
