What is a Class 1 Lever?
In which the fulcrum (axis) is between the effort and the load.
EFL = Effort/Fulcrum/Load
Effort = Force
Fulcrum = Axis of Rotation
Load = Resistance

What is a Class 2 Lever?
In which the length of the effort arm is (ALWAYS) longer than the resistance arm.
FLE = Fulcrum/Load/Effort
What is an example of a second class lever?
Wheel barrow
Ankle Joint (PF)
What is a Class 3 Lever?
The length of the effort arm is (ALWAYS) shorter than the length of the Resistance/LOAD arm
FEL = Fulcrum/Effort/Load
What is an example of a 3rd class lever?
Biceps brachii = Curl
Most things in the body are a 3rd class lever i.e they are the most common lever found in the body
