Q
All the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand
A
This suggests as Arabian perfumes are strongly scented; it tells us no matter how much she tries to cover up her deeds with perfumes, the memory will still be there. She hoped the perfume would help feminise her hands which is ironic as her actions before when she was questioning Macbeth tells otherwise. Her hands play a physical role of her actions and the consequence of her ambition. When she realises nothing can ‘sweeten’ her hands it leads to her insanity.
