IF BATT Voltage is 23V or greater:

  1. FUEL Tank Selector …. As required
  2. FUEL PUMP …………….. ON
  3. STBY FUEL PUMP ……. AUTO
  4. Airspeed …………………. 90-105 KIAS
  5. START Switch ………….. BLOW until TOT
    <150C
  6. CONT IGN ……………….. ON
  7. START Switch …………… Trigger START,
    release OFF

When N1 accelerates through 15%:

  1. Condition Lever ………. HIGH
  2. TOT Rise ………………… Check within 5 sec
  3. Oil Pressure …………… Within limits

When engine has stabilized at IDLE (60% N1 or above):

  1. POWER Lever ………….. Increase to
    achieve safe flight

END OF BOLD FACE

If Airstart unsuccessful:

  1. Condition Lever ………. CUTOFF/FEATHER
  2. START Switch ………….. BLOW for at least
    1 sec, then OFF
