-Passenger-seating configuration of 19 or less and a maximum certificated takeoff weight

A

Level 1: a/c with max seating of 0 to 1 passengers

Level 2: a/c with max seating of 2 to 6 passengers

Level 3: a/c with max seating of 7 to 9 passengers

Level 4: a/c with max seating of 10 to 19 passengers

  • Any maneuver incident to normal flying
  • Stalls (except whip stalls)
