A

11,000- outflow valve will modulate to 11,000 feet at 2,000 ft per min.

35,000- outflow valve will modulate to 12,400 ft at 2,000 ft per min and then naturally leak until reaching 35,000 feet.

Closes Bleed Valve of Engine 1

No, because XBleed valve would auto open and Bleed 2 would supply both Packs.

( In icing conditions Pack 1 would Turn off to ensure adequate air to A/I system. )
