• If customer is unaware of need to be flexible on deliverables, we can educate & train

• Maybe there are too many ‘Must Have’ requirements. Can they be challenged?

• Investigate barriers

A

• Bridge gaps by arranging visits
• Use of video conferencing & plan around different time zones
• Co-locate the team (same area)
• Improve use of tactile/low tech solutions when presenting info

Once the Agilometer has been assessed, how can we move the slider: Ability to work iteratively & deliver incrementally?

A

• Challenge the team to think of partial deliveries that are useful
• What could go into a first release?
• Something ‘of use’ can have many forms (a quick win or proof of concept)
• Calculate value of early delivery

• Would new tools help?
• Reduce outside disturbances
• Extra training?
• Do 3rd parties need awareness of their role in Agile

• Extra training?
• More informal workshops?
• Direct people to Agile information sources
• Can PB members promote/explain Agile to key stakeholders? And relay key benefits.
