Airway patency, LOC, skin appearance, airway clearance, sounds of obstruction

pulse rate and quality, skin color, peripheral muscles, skin temp, LOC, blood pressure,

To look at chest and respiratory assessment, also for cardiac monitor, bp cuff, 12 lead, and abdominal assessment.

Pt. story, SAMPLER, OPQRST, Skin, Head and Neck, ENT, Mouth and throat, Chest/Lungs, Abdomen, GI, extremities, and back.
