distention, rigidity, unequal or absent femoral pulses, diaphoresis, tenderness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty urinating, constipation, fever, headache, weakness, rash

A

pneumonia, CHF, PE, hepatits, ulcer, gastritis, gall stones, AMI, pancreatitis, kidney stone, AAA, appendicitis, UTI, PID, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, spleen enlargement, bowel obstruction, gastroenterititis

Walk through abdominal treatment BLS to ALS

A

Oxygen, assess for pulsating masses, cardiac monitor, 12 lead, IV established. administer Zofran is nauseated.

0.1mg/kg slow IVP over 2-5 min. Max dose is 4.0 mg.
