- Stop exercise if chest pain, nausea, dizziness

- Weighted walking has positive effect as the bones go through physiological adaption to increase bone density

- Flexibility: Range of motion across multiple joints
- Joint Mobility: Range of motion across specific joint
- People with poor flexibility can increase their flexibility GRADUALLY
