Anyone who by virtue of assigned role or responsibility influences people to accomplish organizational goals

The process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization

A combination of self centered attitudes and behaviors that have adverse effects on subordinates, the organization and mission

Deceive, intimidate, course or unfairly punish to get what they want for themselves
