Q

Why it is difficult for ADHD kids to learn?

A

Before learning can happen, you must believe you have the ability to learn.

Children with ADHD don’t often believe this, and that explains their response to challenges.

A

Ask questions about what exactly and how it affects the other person

In the meantime take 8-10 deep breaths exhaling completely

Agree with what makes sense, calmly state your point of view using “and” not “but”

If needed, repeat your response, calmly and relaxed, in the same words ….while breathing deep - this will allow you to activate hyper focus too!
