For photosynthesis, to make food

For photosynthesis and for keeping their tissues rigid and supported
Why do plants need nutrients ?
To make all the chemicals they need in their cells
Why do plants need space to grow
Allows their roots to take in water and nutrients and their leaves to capture light

Light, space, water and mineral ions

What are structural adaptations?
for example, the shape or colour of the organism, or part of the organism

for example, such as migration to move to a better climate for the summer or winter
