Catering - E.g. mobile outlets or restaurants customers’ enjoyment is eating food prepared by someone else. Can be enhanced by surroundings.
Home-based leisure - E.g. reading book or gaming - covers all leisure activities done at home
Sports & physical recreation - E.g. dancing or football
Hospitality - E.g. camping sites or hotel - customers’ experience is thrill of travelling & staying in accommodation away from home for others comfort & functionality of business trip

Managers often focus on creating added value. This requires them to have ability and skill to constantly change, evolve, adapt and improve
