Treatment for mild-moderate acne
A
Topical retinoid (adapalene) Topical antibiotics (clindamycin) + benzoyl peroxide to prevent bacterial resistance Azelaic acid

Treatment for moderate acne/acne not responding to topical treatment

Oral antibiotic for 6 months + benzoyl peroxide to prevent bacterial resistance
Try 2 different antibiotic before referring to dermatology
